Honestly no one here cares about your needs as a tenant. I’ve been having concerns to which I cannot reach the office ever (no one ever picks up the phone) and even had to call edgewood management to which still didn’t help. I’m confused on what they do in the office all day if not helping the residents but hey guess it’s what i get via the location of where the apartments are.

The maintenance team is HORRIBLE. You’ll put a ticket in for work done, and you’d be lucky if your work is finished in a month. The maintenance team is a team of 2....for an ENTIRE APARTMENT COMPLEX. The apartments are outdated, and the property manager is INCREDIBLY RUDE. I wish I never moved here.
