DON’T MOVE HERE! Watch the news, actually read the reviews, come take a tour of the building (it’s never secure) and speak to the residents, they aren’t lying. What management won’t tell you is; there is currently a rent strike from all the unhappy residents, meetings with legal representatives are held every month to no avail, once you sign your lease they will never help you again, management personnel ( Sue Susan’s, Cara Wiggins, Carmen McLaurin, etc.) are unresponsive and retaliatory and ensure you cannot and will not enjoy your living experience. I’m laughing at the reviews of leasing being so helpful…of course they are, until you sign the lease. Leasing moved me into an apartment that hadn’t even been turned over from the prior tenant. I did a walk through and nothing from that walk through was completed. I was even denied seeing the unit before I signed the lease due to “new Covid policy.” This place is the SLUMS and Vantage/Edgewood are the SLUMLORDS. This building is the modern day CARTER! Don’t move here unless you enjoy being disappointed, disregarded and disrespected by a business you’re expected to place your money into. You will be treated as less than while your concerns go unattended and unaddressed. The hot water stops working without notice for days at a time, the NEWS already exposed the AC/heating issues, clearly security issues and the “locked and secured” front door doesn’t require the key fob they actually assign. This place should be emptied (staff first) and demolished. I hope the attorney general moves forward with the newly announced lawsuit. These residents deserve so much more than they are being charged for. It’s shameful even living in the building, I couldn’t imagine working here.

If you are looking to move here I highly recommend that you ask for Owen to help assist you as your leasing consultant bc he does an outstanding job as far as making sure he assist you. Very professional and easy to work with. Plus he’ll walk you through the leasing process and will stay on top of everything.
