I been living here since November 2014 my son have caught the flu living here we just learned today that my hot water boiler thank could have blew the entire building up it's suppose to been changes long before I moved in here this apartment complex is not safe for no one to live I recommend u getting ur apartment look over by housing before u move into the complex don't let the deals they having cause u your life or hospital visit like it did myself and kids I'm going to court first thing Tuesday morning about having me and my kids in danger

This place is filled with drug addicts and drug dealers i have went to the office about this issue and they lied and said they would do something about it but they never did its not family oriented so i had to move out im not having a child in this mess of a place

If i could rate in the negatives, this apartment would be the lowest of the low. This was the absolute worst apartment I have ever seen in my life. If I had the time to look around, I definitely would have. The management team is unprofessional, unresponsive, rude and need to be replaced. I honestly hope that with all of the construction going on around DC, this is one of the places they demolish. They have rodent problems, bug problems, and the buildings are poorly designed. The rodents own the place and you just have to be okay with it. Maintenance don't care about whether your issues are taken care of or not because they get paid either way. Management lie about everything, parking is horrible and they have their priorities completely screwed up. I honestly hope these buildings get torn down because people should not be subject to the living conditions that these apartments sadly provide. Do not rent here!! Take your money elsewhere, because once you move in, they will ignore you.

This is one of the worst kept properties in Washington DC. They don't care anything about the safety of the residence. They keep the hallways nasty and staff will ensure that they will do better but never do. The are the most unconcern staff of people I have ever seen in my life. If you have company you will literally have to clean the hall yourself. The residence need to get together and do something about the way they are treated. We are mistreated because of the few residence who don't care about the up keep of the property. I give them 1 star because the residents has a roof over there head sad but so true....
