Impressive. Outstanding Service Above and Beyond. Our firm sent flowers to a client who had recently lost her mother. Upon delivery, Karen at Phoenix Flower Shops learned that the client was not home. They didn't want to leave the flowers in the heat and called me to get the client's home number. Once they reached the client, they learned that the client was out of town for 2 weeks. This was the impressive part...they told the client who sent the flowers and that they would send a new arrangement once she returned home. They left a door tag as a reminder. And if our client has not called them in 2 weeks, they will reach out to her. Thank you!!

What your Website pictures show and what you get are pretty different. It's Extremely misleading The picture represented alot of flowers..what I got was mabye a third of what the picture showed and ALOT of leafs Too top it off. Two days later the vase stained extremely expensive dinning table I'm so upset. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here. Grocery stores can do better than this place
