I just had the most wonderful almond croissant. It was beautiful, crispy, flaky and delicious. We ordered the Bee Sting cake for my wife's birthday. It looks amazing.

We make a nut and seed loaf weekly that is made with gluten-free ingredients, and while we get good feedback from our customers, I would not describe it as soft. It is a dense, healthier style bread. We also make two cookies with Almond Flour and two GF muffins on Saturdays. We can also bake a GF cake by special order. Please note, none of our items are certified as Gluten Free due to the environmental flour in our building. It would be suitable for someone who avoids gluten by preference rather than necessity. Thanks!
We are not set up to accept SNAP EBT at present - thanks for asking!
We are happy to discuss pricing over the phone or in person. Feel free to call 248-601-1542 or pop into the Bakery.
You'll be perfectly safe if you follow the recommendations that they have posted in a sign by the entrance door: Use your mask at all times, respect the recommended capacity inside the restaurant, and wait outside if the maximum capacity is reached. All the customers have been following each time I go. Everybody has been very polite and respectful, just the way it needs to be.
We are! Tuesday thru Saturday: 8am - 3pm during the week and 8am - 2pm on Saturdays.
Hi Joanne, Since we are not a gluten-free facility, and make lots of things with wheat flour, we cannot claim any product gluten-free, however, we do make two types of cookies without any wheat flour in the ingredients: Rustic Walnut (a sort of "trail-mix" cookie made with almond meal, dried cherrie, walnuts and chocolate chips), and Earthquake Cookies (a fudgie crackle-top cookie also made with almond meal instead of wheat flour). Thanks for your inquiry!
No, but some of their bread is vegan.
We do not make these special items at present, but thanks for asking!
