UPDATE: manager called me back almost immediately and offered another wash at my convenience. Happy with their customer service!😀 Was there today at 12:20pm and the automated wash in bay 2 didn't work. It accepted my money but wash never came on. Called them just now to see about getting a refund. Awaiting return call. I always come here and like the place a bunch. If I get my refund I'll change rating to 5⭐️.

I take my car thru the Automatic Brushless car wash portion, all year long and they never disappoint. Car looks great after every Service! I won’t go anywhere else ! Crystal Clean is the Best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ☺️👍

Don't waste your time and money on the automatic wash. Doesn't do a good job at all.

Went thru the automatic bay. Paid for the $10 wash, it sprayed my undercarriage while I drove in and then the entire bay shut down and didn't give the wash. I talked to the gentleman on site working there and he instructed me to call the owner. I called the owner and left a voicemail explaining what happened and that I'd like a refund. It's been over a week and still no response from the owner. Will NOT return again. I'll give my money anywhere else but this place now.

Look at your credit card statement. It should show the charge almost instantly online
The $5 will go back automatically to your card its own pending you only get charged $5
If you were charged in error call owner Dennis and he will refund no problem a lot has to do with the cold cold weather. I think ph number is on the back door. Best car wash in Macomb County JC...im sorry his name is meelano my error Meelano is his name
