I just had my father here for short term rehab after a Hospital stay at Ascension Macomb and I was very impressed with how they treated him for his overall care. I was nervous at first cause he was coming in with a stroke. I was reassured upon admission by the direct Nursing staff and Therapy staff about what his plan of care would be. My dad was slowly increased with his diet and Therapy from the staff working so hard with him. The building was very clean and the food was good but, I would of liked it too of been hotter and with a bit more flavor and larger portions. I’d like to of seen more activities and some Chaplain services. But, my dad was monitored for Covid which that did impress me. Prior to me sending my Dad here I did look up to find that this facility is a 5 star Medicare rating! And Trinity Health is an amazing company. Many many Thanks to all of The Fraser Villa staff for everything.

Mixed reviews on overall care. The daily LPNs were good but the aids response times was mixed. If they were good, they were very good. If they were bad, they were horrid! The rehab doctor was personable and professional. The overseeing doctor was invisible. There was never any direct communication with family members and our social worker was curt and condescending. The dietitian was outstanding and PT and OT were good.

My mom was a recent Rehab patient and I was extremely impressed with the overall care and experience that was provided. I researched Medicare.gov thoroughly upon receiving information at the hospital. Upon my research, I learned they have a 5 star quality rating that is a non profit, faith based community. The facility was very clean, well managed and the food is very definitely 5 star. I was very happy with the Medical Care that was provided to my mom by The Nursing, Rehab and Medical Staff. Rehab got my mom to a great level to return back home safely with Home Health Care :-) The staff from the Admissions department helped quickly by providing myself and my mom exactly what to expect during her stay, visitation and clothing to bring. Mom was given a beautiful Private Room and Private Bath with a large flat screen TV, her own phone and Temperature control in her room. I was called by Management and my mom was greeted by them as well. Fraser Villa followed Covid precautions and I always saw everyone with masks and Google at all times. Thank you Fraser Villa for your wonderful care that you provided my most precious mom. She was in great hands

My Father was a patient at Fraser Villa. I got in touch with the hospital Liason she was amazing her personality and her kindness was a plus. It's hard to leave a family member but she spoke so highly of the facility and honestly she just made me feel good about my decision. She wasn't wrong my father is kinda a person that complains alot but not once while he was there did he complain . He complimented how nice the nurse's were and the food which shocked me because like I said he complains . But I want to thank the hospital representative for being so kind and truthful. If I had to do it again my family members would come back . Thank you again for being such an amazing facility.
