When we walked in the main entrance we were greeted properly and was very impressed. The model was great. Once we signed the contract to place our mom in the unit the story became very different. Our mom was literally there for three weeks and one day and we seen roaches. Some of the staff was more concerned about putting her back in the bed instead of attending to her needs. We came daily and called to check on her. My suggestion for those seeking a place to put love ones in to LOOK SOMEWHERE ELES. If you have signed a contract make sure you have cameras in the apartment as well. The manager is soooooo hard to get in touch with and them calling back is like hitting the lottery. This place is not where you should subject your love ones too. The young lady that showed the model unit to us seemed to care more about filling the unit as opposed to what my mom needs were. This is your WARNING. You can PUT LIPSTICK ON A PIG BUT IN REALITY IT IS STILL A PIG.

Only the main building/entrance seems to be maintained. Other buildings/entrances lack the same maintenance and cleanliness, specifically building B. Once the sales team signed the lease, it was VERY difficult to get ahold of anyone for problems. I’ve noticed many of the reviews refer to “The Fountains.” Be aware there is a new management company with a seemingly different standard. We were making plans to move my family member out the same day we were moving in. She was only there for 2 weeks.

Since the change to the Park at Franklin this business has worsened. Poor resident care, management does not answer or return calls, and lack of maintenance, I do not recommend this establishment. I am very disappointed.

Housekeeping has been suspended! Management and services therein have steeply declined at the Park at Franklin (formerly known as the Fountains) over the last few years. The directors are un-responsive to calls, letters from families or residents. Voice mail stays full - calls not returned. It's a routine most have resolved themselves to if they have family here or a resident. The independent living residents are now at THREE + months of no housekeeping services! COVID-19 had an impact on staff as with many senior residences, but by now (third month) this should have been resolved! Seniors are living in very unsanitary conditions due to the housekeeping suspensions. YET THE MONTHY RENT 'STAYS' THE SAME. No reduction -- No rent credit -- No housekeeping!
