Absolutely horrendous. My grandma was transferred here after having hip replacement surgery and the nurses did not give her medication, and left her alone for over 18 hours without food, water, moving her, and refused to help her use the bathroom. They were rude to her and treated her with an abundance of disrespect. Please do NOT bring your loved ones here for help.

UNACCEPTABLE CARE, very poor staffing and a "that's the best we can do attitude". I found management to be unprofessional, the Social Worker to be completely inept and safety issues abound. It appeared to me that the only goal of the Care Team was how to get my step-father out of there instead of how they could help him. My step-father fell three times in a 2 week period. I do NOT recommend this facility! The only reason I gave a 1-Star rating is because Abraham (PT/OT) earned it. Abraham was the only shining star in that place.

If you're looking for the WORST possible care, look no further. Poor management and negligent staff plague this ineffective operation. Despite using the service of an ombudsman and submitting a complaint with the state, oversights in care occurred daily to the point that my loved one was admitted to the hospital for a dire health issue, which the Neighborhoods' staff deemed a simple virus. You would actually be better off with no assistance vs. theirs. I am genuinely concerned for anyone in their "care," especially those that can't advocate for themselves.

My best friend is in there she is 73 and is being treated Very Poorly! The place is Understaffed and the ones who are there show No Compassion… She’s been in there almost 2 weeks and only seen a Doctor 1 time….
