Not only did Rinaldi install a new furnace that works perfectly for my son at a great price but there fuel prices are incredibly awesome. Their service, the support and customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this company. So friendly and easy on the eyes;)

Rinaldi is fantastic. We just bought our 2 unit building in August and needed our heating system figured out. They sent someone promptly who was really friendly and knowledgeable. He spent an hour problem solving and updating their records and then explained things in a really easy way to remember. Their customer service is also super-I’ve never had anything but friendliness and competence from them, and all at a competitive rate for our market. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone.

In the past I have dealt with three different oil companies. Some simply didn’t provide services I needed, others I tried for a year and explored other opportunities. I ended up with Rinaldi Energy upon a recommendation of my daughter, who uses them. They saved me over $300 when I needed my oil tank replaced and they offer a better than cash price if you enroll in auto delivery. I have found the office and scheduling staff so easy to work with, very friendly and efficient. Their service people are fabulous…knowledgeable and willing to help educate me on furnace issues which can be a complete mystery. Overall they are fabulous!!!

Absolutely exceptional customer service! From scheduling to service calls, every Rinaldi employee I have interacted with has been considerate, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I've had emergency same day fuel delivery to beat a storm, call backs from team members to ensure an issue with my oil tank was resolved and service techs stick around to work through/explain concerns I was having and possible strategies to lengthen the life of my furnace. I was referred to Rinaldi based on their customer service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others!
