Trying to find out where our tickets are that we purchased back in 2020. No one will answer the phone and their website isn't working. I would give a 0 stars if I could. These people should be shut down!!

Horrible customer service. Impossible to get a hold of. Called and the robot voice said to email. Emailed and got an automatic response saying they don't monitor that email very often please call. Exorbitant fees added onto tickets, it's absurd. If I could get a refund I would.

They shipped my tickets to the address on the PayPal account instead of the address I typed in on Smith’s Tix website for the shipping address. I notified them when I got th email saying they were about to ship and was assured that they would get the address corrected and shipped to me. It wasn’t updated. I emailed them again and they said there was nothing they could do. I asked if I could get a refund since it was their fault so I could buy more tickets as the concert was the next day and they never responded and are ignoring my emails. The worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. We missed the concert and are still out a ton of money for the tickets.
