We purchased a couple of fishing women T-shirt’s on clearance, a Kunnan fishing rod that didn’t work and some fishing accessories. A few hours later we came back to the store with our receipt and explained the rod didn’t work, unfortunately after trying to get it to work, we lost the cap that goes on the reel, the owner would not exchange or return, or offered any other help. When I tried to return other products, she said the shirts(unworn and with tags attached) were not returnable, nothing said they weren’t, there was no sign and nothing on receipt that indicated it. The young man was helpful with shopping at store , but their lack of care and unclear return process , turned our experience to a negative one. I always try to support small businesses, but this experience was disappointing .
