I had a disagreement a little while ago with the West Jordan location, and I felt bad from my part of the disagreement as I know so did the employee, but to bring a positive out of a negative experience it goes to show how much there delicious frozen yogurt can have an emotional affect on me. Original tart and cookie dough bites are my guilty pleasure. The thing about the whole negative experience between me and this location is the employee took responsibility for her actions almost immediately before I even complained about her, most the employees are young but for an employee to take responsibility for her actions and be emotionally distraught about it showed me soooo much more then just some frozen yogurt to a regular. She genuinely cared about how she may have treated me which makes sence in the craft of there deliveries and the cleanliness of the place everytime I go in person. They take pride in their job and our desserts. They care about their customers and the dessert they offer us. You can see it in all different ways throughout there on point amazing customer service, there polite, professional, manners and hospitality. Seriously for them to reach out to me, we’ll the owner and talk to me and make sure I knew that training had happened after my experience and to let me know how awful the employee felt, and for her to listen to my apologies and no judgment on my embarrassment to return back to being a regular after resolving the issue made me feel like part of the little community West Jordan tends to always have and I been struggling to find again since moving back over the summer until yogurt land reached out to me and talked me through the issue and how it was resolved and allowed my embarrassment and apology to be accepted and hold no grudges against me. I love calling in everyday, or other for my frozen yogurt again. The taste is just too good to not be a customer and get treated awesome with arms open. Thank you!
