Do not go to this location! EVERYONE here does not know what they are doing! My mother got her phone stolen we walked in and they told us they couldn’t do anything go to Apple. Didn’t look up our account. They did NOTHING! We did and Apple said they should’ve been able to take care of it. Go to another T-Mobile location and they said Apple too. We made three visits to T-Mobile and two to Apple. Apple was the best. They helped us as much they could Finally someone helped us. The worst part about this they told us it will be a refurbished phone. So the insurance we pay monthly for and plus the $250 deductible to get another phone it will only be a REFURBISHED PHONE!!! They didn’t tell us this when we bought the phones! They said BRAND NEW PHONE! They are LIARS! They only tell you good things to sell you the phones and when you have issues they don’t help. Last month had a problem with my phone and they didn’t do anything about it either! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! They need new people there that have actual training! Don’t waste your time here! 3.9 rating they have now! Should be more of a -5!

This place is always busy. You stand around for long periods of time. They really need to offer their customers a place to sit. Offer your customers comfort. Easy fix

My husband and i have been long time loyal customers of Tmobile and we took my daughter to this location to upgrade her phone, Michael Monson told us we would get the $400 credit, well after everything was completed it only gave us $200. He gave us his card and wrote on it to email him after the first billing cycle to add the additional credit, well 3 emails later and no response. So today I called and spoke with a Tanner, he consistently told me I was already getting the $400 but could not pull up my account to verify it because they cannot do that over the phone, i explained to him that he cant tell me what i am getting since he cannot look it up and if i was getting the $400 credit like we were told why on earth would Michael Monson provide us his card saying email me for additional credit????? How does that seem right to do to a customer??? If he could verify my account and pull it up then it wouldn't be a big deal, but he cant.

Lies hidden fees, bait and switch, valued my trade in at $660 then once they took it from me said it’s worth $200. Nothing changed. Scam
