Jarrod was phenomenal! I called ahead to make sure my medication was in stock and he was extremely polite and helpful. When I arrived in person, he greeted me, and informed me my prescription would only take 10-15 minutes. The entire process was seamless, quick, and a huge stress relief. HARRASSED, PROFILED AND TREATED LIKE CRIMINAL ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS IN STORE AND PHARMACY AS WELL AND DENIED SERVICE AT THE PHARMACY DURING MY FIRST LAST AND ONLY TIME AT ONLY THIS LOCATION. On several occasions I was followed around the whole store while shopping by on shift manager insisting and accusing me of shopping lifting harassing me and threatening to call police on me which did not bother me because I was not and most likely would have most likely stopped the harassment. What bothered me is how I was being harassed in front of the other customers shopping in the store not knowing what was going on but thinking I'm some kind of criminal. Which was very embarrassing demining. This happened on 2 other occasions by the same manager, I wasn't sure why i was being followed on the first 2 occasions until I asked her if there was a problem. Between the pharmacy denying me service and after the 3 and final time of harassment I haven't went back and never will. This is the only Walgreens Ive had issues with the others have been great. I guess if you don't look like a younger male with a beard you should be just fine to go here. I caution proceed with caution. HeHe!! Good luck and Merry Shopping to all.
