Dropped my vacuuming off for a cleaning and service. It took them over 3 weeks for part to arrive. When I picked up vacuum the belt had been replaced, but the vacuum had not been cleaned. I mentioned it to the front desk man, his response was "You want me to wipe it down?" I said yes, but he didn't.
