JT Basque is great and authentic and has been for decades. Must have their Picon Punch while waiting to order or for your table. It's a MUST stop for any trip through town. Been going there for decades and it has outlasted "Mamas" at the Borders Hotel across the street. The Golf Course is good Basque, too, but JTs is the last true one in town.
No, show up. Have their signature drink at the bar while waiting. Great food. Wonderful team!!

Yes, They're as Basque as you get.
You would have to call. You get like 6 or 7 courses plus bottle of wine. Can take the left overs home. You are served a lot of food. So I don't think they do. Really busy a good waiting time. Start serving at 4 PM. That is the time to go before the dinner rush. Enjoy.
I believe JT's is usually closed on Sundays.
