DO NOT GO HERE! This place is awful. At first they’re good and they will be very responsive because they want your money and they want to get you in. I paid my fee of $250 and met with a provider over Telehealth for no more than 10 mins. She told me she needed my records which I had provided, but she needed more so I contacted my clinic and they confirmed they were sent on 3 different occasions still no follow up. My appt was the beginning of June, and weeks passed by and no follow up. They even cancelled my follow up appointments and in order for me to schedule again they wanted another $250 . I got no care, no prescriptions and ZERO follow up. I have sent SIX emails since June with no response. I’ve called them many many times and they NEVER answer their phones. This is the worst place you can go, please don’t waste your money on these money hungry clinics. They’re unprofessional I’m to a point where I’m going to the better business bureau , and contacting my bank to get my money back since they have not responded to me once! Don’t waste your time here. Oh and they will reply to reviews saying “we are trying our hardest to do our best” ! If this was true I wouldn’t be writing this horrible review! And if I could I’d give them ZERO STARS!

I have been so grateful to find a medical team to help me thru these sometimes very frustrating and painful times. The team that takes the time and don't make you feel like you are putting them out to help you. Instead they are very helpful and polite and they do what it takes to take care of me. They are compassionate and very understanding and they have things in place to help not just the medical but the emotional side of the issue also. That is something I was not aware of how much it was needed. I have never been thru this before so I wasn't aware of what I was missing until now and for that I am grateful thank you Phusion Wellness and the medical team for helping and understanding and guiding me in every way you have.

Thank you for your question. We use a triage system for calling our patients back and speaking with them. Patients who have emergencies, especially with their medication, will generally get a call back from our office staff faster. For general inquiries, you can expect a call back from our office by the next business day at the latest.
Hi Angie - thank you for your interest in our pain management clinic. Currently, an initial appointment costs $250 and follow-up visits cost $220.
Thank you for your question. At this time, we do not take Medicaid. We are a self-pay office. If that changes, we would be happy to notify you of that change.
