This is a great facility. Updated and modern. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. For some reason that is still being sorted out, we were charged $$$ for our room for which my son had prepaid with Hilton Honors points. I'm sure it will get straightened out eventually, but it was an unexpected surprise expense for us.

The hotel itself is fine. Basic room, clean, hotel was nice and in a good location. Some of the staff were friendly, but the woman who checked us in Wed night could definitely use some customer service training, and the woman working the desk on Thursday also. My main issue was that we booked a two night stay. Then, I called to extend another night before purchasing tickets for something the third day. I spoke to a gentleman who was very nice. He told me they had one room left. I asked him if it was the same - two queens - he said yes. He told me it was much more expensive, did I want to shop around a bit. I told him we had our son with us, and I’d rather not have to move and be without a hotel room between check out and check in somewhere new. I reconfirmed two queens before I purchased tickets for the attraction on day 3. He said yes, and that he would send updated confirmation. Later that night I hadn’t received it. So I called. The woman on the phone informed me that she had a two night stay reserved, no change. I explained what I wrote above. She said we have a king. Do you want it? I explained we had two adults and my son. I needed two queens. I also explained I made sure to confirm this before buying tickets to an amusement park the third day. She said do you have the name of who you spoke to? I didn’t. She was so rude. Basically just said we don’t have two queens and hung up before I could say anything else. I called back and got her name, Sasha. I understand the weekends get busy at this hotel. I understand mistakes happen. However, there’s no reason to be so incredibly rude to a guest especially when the mistake was on the hotel’s part.

Hotel staff was remarkable! Our son and new daughter in law had their rehearsal dinner here, Service was friendly and attentive, after party in the lobby and patio area was great! A little disappointed at the cost of the breakfast and the portions, all day complimentary coffee ? From 7:00 AM to 3:00PM ish very disappointed in that . Room was very nice!

My daughter's wedding weekend was so enjoyable. A welcome reception Friday night was wonderful. Katrina helped me plan it and we had no problems at all. The room, bartender and host were all we needed to start the weekend. The bar was open after the Saturday wedding and the bar area and patio were perfect for unwinding. We arranged for a full breakfast buffet Sunday morning and again all our needs were met and we enjoyed it very much. All the staff are friendly and professional.
