The staff are very polite, very helpful and friendly. The front desk agents have NO problem with helping in any way they can Ms Valarie, Mr Greg the engineer and Ms Sasha all go above and beyond. Even The General manager is hands on. I thank you all.i had a wonderful stay

The housekeeping was good when you could get it but we filled out their form to schedule it but they never followed it and we had to go and ask and wait for them to finish. Very frustrating. My wife saw a mouse running through the halls one evening and there were a lot of barking dogs being left alone.

Room was ready early, which was good. Most of room was clean and comfortable, but the area, rug, at the foot of the bed, outside the door for AC and heater, was soaking - and I mean soaking - wet. We didn't discover that until preparing for bed at night. We never walked into that area before our wedding event. Since the hotel was completely sold out, and since it was already midnight, we couldn't get another room. The clerk gave us four bathroom mats to lay down over the water. Worked for what we needed. We were only there one night.

It could be done. We were there several months straight. For the first 30 days you will pay taxes, after 30 days straight taxes are refunded and there are no further hotel taxes collected.
I don't believe that it comes with screencasting built-in, but it's fairly easy to access the back of the TVs to plug in your own.
You should check with AAA or the Residence Inn. They should have that information available. If it is a percentage% then it will be based on the price of the room.
