This place worst ever. I was waiting for line for glass and ask for help. But no one help even though at my number at reached. They ignore me. Also, i also ask for help manager but he did not even said sorry and what he said is just wait . What terrible service cause i’m an asian?????

I've been put on hold for more 15 minutes just for a price check. Not very customer servicey there. They are overwhelmed and stressed it seems like. Either hire more people or people who work fast with patience with patients.

i have had appts here for years, i even moved away but still go back. Dr Jang is the best optometrist i have ever seen and the opticians are also quite expert! i am 100% thrilled with the service and selection.

you need an appointment for the optometrist, but not for the eyewear section. you do need a paper prescription to order your glasses though.
Her name is Yun-Hee Jang. She is an OD, is very friendly, patient and happy to answer questions, and has always given me excellent service.
