My largest issue is the method of your check-in and asking for my license each and every time. The scanning of everything all over on each visit is redundant if we have been coming there for years. Long wait times to be seen and have to check in again after 15 minutes of waiting? By contrast, my actual exam and the assistant were AMAZINGLY good. I learned so much more about how to purchase the correct reading glasses for the first time. She was so kind and helpful in edifying me on the numbers. Update: 5/3/22 They actually called me the day I posted this review to go over how they could improve their process! Now that is GREAT follow up and caring about how they are perceived by the end user!

We have been using Hillsboro Eye Clinic for over 20 years. We've brought our kids as they were growing up and the staff have always been wonderful. As we've gotten older, our eyesight has gotten worse and I've found that having prescription reader glasses tend to be taken care of and less prone to becoming broken. We definitely love the hometown feel even though this business has grown to keep up with the changes to the Portland Metro area. Highly Recommend them for your eye care needs.
