They help us every time we are in here. Found out I was allergic yo my sons guinea pigs and they took them so they could find the pair a home. We are in once a week or so for rats for the snake. Other thing is my son says don't use the bathroom. Lol

I think people are way to quick to judge this place and the care they give their animals. I come in every other day for bugs and overtime I have seen just how much time they spend with each animal every single day. The only employee I see working there is Emily, most of the time I come in and see her hard at work but she is always quick to finish up what she’s doing and then come help me. She’s super nice, very helpful, and you can tell how much she loves her job. Overall awesome customer service. The puppies always appear happy and energetic. Just in the 10 minute time span that I am there I see an almost endless amount of people asking the manager if they can hold a puppy, I really don’t think any of the animals are lacking anything but someone to bring them home. Lastly, this store has the widest variety of animals and animal supplies I have ever seen! I can always count on them to have something I’ve been looking for.

We were there two days ago saw 2 hedgehogs because they got there that day we didn't get to hold them 200 or 300 when we asked
You can call the store or walk in and check them out. No masks required for entry and it doesnt get to busy.
I know that they sell a large variety of tarantulas and possibly some different spiders.

Pet planet is an awesome place to buy pets, but their pets can be a little pricey at times. If you are interested in buying a small female dog in an affordable price range, a lot of the local shelters do have adorable dogs if you want to check them out. It is only $50 rather that $700

We will have tortoises by the end of this coming week! I would try too come in on friday or Saturday and we should have some. We will usually have red foot, sulcata, and Russian tortoises.
