Mark, F45 usually has a 7 day free trial for you to check out the place and see if you like it. You can go online (f45training.com) and request it (you'll create a profile) and then you'll be able to register for classes during the week. Then, simply come to the studio for your scheduled class and have the workout of your life
We were paying ~$100 per month for an unlimited use pass (per person), but they may have raised the price since then. That was about 2-3 months ago.
