I frequent this Kneaders occasionally and usually really enjoy the food. Today was a big disappointment. I ordered a turkey cranberry croissant and some portabella artichoke soup. The soup was good. The sandwich on the other hand was terrible. It seemed to be made on a two day old croissant. Half of the sandwich had very little turkey on it. The whole thing looked sloppy and tasted worse. The salad that came with my sandwich was was also in bad shape. The greens were old and borderline slimy. Last, I ordered a mint brownie. It is normally my favorite dessert. Today it didn't seem fresh. I hope this isn't the new normal here.

Worst Kneaders ever made. Only come here if you want half the menu (they are always out of things) with twice the wait (they are extremely slow). BAD.

I will never visit this location again! Everything we tried to order they were out of. No Turkey, bread bowls or soup. We waited forever!!!!!!! This locates giving Kneaders a bad name!

The staff was overwhelmed. Super slow getting orders out. They were out of nearly all breads and desserts, especially the featured seasonal items. Didn't take online orders so it was a long wait in line.

Questions & Answers

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

Only using about half of their tables, sanitizing tables between customers, all employees wearing masks and rubber gloves, encouraging distancing in line. Disposable dishes instead of washing plates and flatware.

On your gift baskets, can you order extra stuff to be added to the basket?

yes, for sure. If you can come in the store to choose what you'd like to add, it definitely works to the customer's advantage
