For all of you giving good reviews and think that it was ONLY 1 incident with groomer Raegan, you are sadly mistaken!! Time and time again we are hearing of other groomers not being so kind to the dogs they are grooming and time and time again the owner does nothing about it and keeps these people employed there while good groomers leave because they can't sit there and watch this. I never had an issue with how my dog was groomed here BUT I will REFUSE to support a business that is ran like this that cares for family pets that are deeply loved and continues to support some of her staff that is abusive to these animals! To top it off to have them promote their "dedicated" clients to post positive reviews to help cover up the bad ones is just yet another horrible action by this business!! The owner just can't help but keep making the wrong choices on how to run her business with integrity and what is right for her customers and for her business!!

I have brought my dogs to K9 Design since they opened and I have always been so pleased with the service and care. When I received my teacup Maltese, I had a very distinct grooming style I wanted that was not the standard Maltese cut. I brought in some pictures and Jennifer began to shape and help our Maltese grow into the requested style. She is Awesome! Our Maltese looks so cute and we are constantly being asked about what breed she is and who grooms her. I would Highly recommend K9 Design!!
