This is the only place I will purchase equipment. Great customer service. I recently purchased a high value item, that was damaged from the manufacturer. Functionally 100% working just a cosmetic flaw, and no questions asked was exchanged for brand new, with opening and inspecting the new product with me in store. Love that I can still shop for such specialized products locally!

ZERO customer service. I have been in event production professionally for over 30 years and these guys decided not to process my online order because I am local. And I had to call to find that out. No courtesy call, no follow up. I was trying to purchase a piece for a show at House of Blues, but I guess my money isn't good enough.

Yes. You can buy equipment there in person. It seems to be lots of good equipment out of stock. So I would call to see if they had what you wanted first. That goes for any dj store right now. Call first. There is so much dj equipment out of stock everywhere
QSC and Crown don't have xlr inputs we have rca to xlr. The recommend amplifier would be crown xls-2500 or qsc GX7.

Ur talking about the serato right... Same stuff happens to mine... Just go there or to another store and they may be able to help you... Try to restart ur serato software and try again.. Good luck
