Very kinda staff they were very gentle with my cat. Just took my new puppy in and her vet is amazing. Our vet tech is so sweet.

I have been going to this vet for years. Prior to the change from Animal Crackers to the West Jordan Veterinary Hospital, they were fantastic, but since then, the quality of service has declined drastically. They have become unbelievably expensive and only seem to care about bleeding customers for every penny. It's very unfortunate. I used to love this place. I'm sure there is going to be some generic response from the business after I post this, but the damage is done.

Don't know who was answered our call, but she hung up halfway when we were asking a question. Rude customer service. Will be taking my pet elsewhere.

I have always loved the service at this veterinary hospital. It’s fast convenient everyone’s super friendly and helpful. I feel like my animals are well taken care of.

The best way to get in touch with your veterinarian is through calling.
Call the office to make an appointment or go onto their website. The best way to make an appointment is via calling.
They have had an exotic veterinarian for, at the very least, the past five years. The best way to get this information is through calling your veterinarian, as you can see the actual answer is not what these people have been recommending.
The best way to get into contact with a veterinary office is through calling them directly. They do shave-downs for felines, but are not groomers by trade.
Go to the vet first. They can do a scraping for mites, or exam for other things. Animal Crackers is one of the few vets that DON'T gouge. I have trusted them with my animals for 15 years, NEVER been overcharged, or had something done unnecessarily.
If you really care about your guinea pig, call them! Stop wasting time asking about it on Google Maps!
Don't listen to people on the internet. Any qualified animal healthcare professional is not going to tell you what it "probably is" or "sounds like." Vets cannot diagnose over the internet.
The drop-box is not for clients to use.
