This review is specific to a tour as a prospective resident. I scheduled an appointment today to tour with Karen. I'm so glad to have met her! Karen was an outstanding leasing agent who provided a thoughtful and enthusiastic tour, information about the community and neighborhood, and personal enthusiasm for the site. Karen answered all of my questions without hesitation and was a pleasure to work with. Moving isn't always easy and touring multiple locations can become a little stressful. It's really encouraging to have the opportunity to meet professionals like Karen who make the process fun and hopeful. Thank you, Vermella Crossing for choosing such an outstanding leasing agent.

My wife and I have lived at Vermella Crossing since 2015. Today is the hottest day of the year and Manny & Johnny went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with the AC in our apartment. Manny was really concerned and dedicated to figuring out the issue with the AC. He did an incredible job. It's running perfectly now. He told us not to hesitate to reach out if something should change. The whole staff here at Vermella Crossing from 2015 to current have always been incredibly kind and responsive in any situation. It's one of the many reasons my wife and I have stayed so long.

The new lady Matilda in the leasing office took my problem that ive been having for 8 months with the old leasing/maintenance people and fixed it within less than a week! Manny (new maintenance team worker) came up within 15 mins, assessed the problem and told me he’d let me know asap; called me this morning not even 24 hours later with a brand new AC units and solutions to the other problems in the unit; shout out to them for taking control in a short manner of time! appreciate it
