don't live here management discrimates against people with disabilities and service animals and they force you to stay in there Apts even when u give them your 30 days notice and work orders don't ever get done and get marked closed without being done

Have lived here for almost 7 years now and have had nothing but good experiences with management, maintenance, and owner/operators. I recommend these apartments (and always have) to anyone looking for a affordable option to finding a place to live. Can't beat the prices. Still the cheapest I know of even with the occasional rent increase (at most once a year which is not uncommon, and not as often as other reviews have claimed)

I lived there 4 times for free cable and utilities til they made you pay for everything. Sky high rent on moldy gross apartments. They keep your deposit even with written notice.. 200 of it is administrative fees. For what!!! I waited 5 years for screens. My fridge leaked. Mold every where. My 1970s stove had one tilted burner to use. Plugs fall out of sockets. Don’t waste you money here it’s getto as anything and a rip off. Deep pockets in this hot mess

Outside ( lawn and common area ) is well cared for but the buildings themselves look like hell leaving little to be desired.
