If you care about your health, and the health of your family members, STAY AWAY. These apartments are very old and contain black mold! Dryer vents run into other apartments instead of OUTSIDE! Had a family member live there and everything had to be discarded due to mold. Storage areas in basement also had mold. They just paint over everything and cover it up. Leaving a review here because management was very unprofessional and argumentative.

The leasing agent is very friendly and the neighbors I met were all quite pleasant. The community itself is quiet, which I really appreciated. However, the location right next to the 422 provided for traffic noise 24/7. I wouldn't necessarily call that a bad thing but it did keep me from opening the windows on cooler evenings. Probably something I could have gotten used to. The apartment itself included a laundry hook-up, was cozy and more than adequate for my needs. Although it was starting to show its age in the ceiling and radiators (baseboard). Again, not a complaint just something I noticed. Cost of the apartment was inline with others I looked at. Heat, water and garbage collection were included with rent so adding electric and Internet (no cable) I was under $1,300 per month for my one-bedroom deluxe. Plenty of stores, restaurants and other amenities nearby. Had I been able to stay in the area (I was working as a contractor on a fixed-term project) I probably would have been very happy there. I only left because my job ended.
