No one ever answers the phone. I’ve called repeatedly and the robot transfers me and then says no one is available, and then sends me to some automated customer service line that can’t help me get simple prescription information! I’ve tried the customer service email, with no results either. A few months ago, I had the same issue trying to order contacts - but they never answered, so I ordered somewhere else.

I do not believe they offer an option for glass lenses. They advertise plastic, poly-carbonate and high index on their website. You may want to call them to see if they could special order them. Hope this helps.
Do you already have your prescription? If you do they will probably just let you pick out frames as a walk in...I walked in and got an appointment for the same day...saw the doc n then picked out frames...but again if you don't need to see the doc...I doubt you'll need to even set an appointment
