Dropped off my laptop the weekend and was charged a $70 dollar down payment for a diagnostic report. Said they would call back on Monday morning with the report. I called them Monday afternoon and found they couldn't recover my data and they couldn't run the diagnostic. Said they couldn't boot it up. I got there and booted up my laptop and helped run the diagnostic. Which crashed twice. Told me the same issues I told them when I first dropped it off. They at least gave me back my down payment when I asked. Don't go there.

I dropped off my laptop two weeks ago, was charged a 70 dollar diagnostic charge. No one ever called me. When I called they didn’t know who I was or what I had requested and wasted 30 minutes discussing topics not related to my issue. next week and I took my computer back, that they had removed the hard drive from. For 70 dollars they didn’t know what the problem was, couldn’t fix it or even reassemble it. I brought it to microcenter yesterday was charged 40 dollars for diagnostics . They got it to boot today and it will be ready by end of week. I wanted to support local business but CDNJ does not have the expertise to diagnose or fix hardware issues. They should have refunded my 70 dollars since they had no idea what the issue was and never called me. Why would I ever take anything here again when I can get it fixed at microcenter in two days for half the price and most importantly someone actually called me back and cared about my order?

Printers sometimes are not worth repairing, we can definitely take a look if you bring it in the store. I would say 90% of the time the cost of a new printer is less than the cost to repair the old though.
YES!! We take all brands of empty ink cartridges and toners and we pay you 50 cents for each one by cash or store credit. We do not stock ink , but usually can order and have in by the next day
Yes it does, and if you go to your service provider they should be able to give a replacement SIM card (depending on the age of the phone).
