Pretty sure they can do this - they're real good at the "techy" stuff. Give 'em a call to discuss!
They sometimes get a "road call" and if there is only one (1) tech working, they go out on the call. Best thing to do is call just before you go to ensure someone is there and will REMAIN there until you arrive!
