Brought my grandparents computers in for repair and the guy I worked with (I think his name was Frank maybe??) was super cool and very knowledgeable on everything I needed to be taken care of! Would definitely recommend these guys!

Dear readers, It would have been more appropriate if the store owner Buck was up front and honest and told me that I should save my money and put it towards a new phone. It was believed that my phone just need a charging port replaced which was a "simple fix." Instead of leaving it there before ordering the part they asked me to wait for them to order it and to come in after they called me. Which I agreed as then I wouldn't be left without a phone. A little less than a week goes by and I get a call, it's Thurs. I can't come in until Sat.. I arrive Sat. and upon leaving it I asked how long will this take, the reply was 30 minutes. I told him no worries, when you do get it done give me a call, or an email. I didn't get either, so late on Mon. I decided to give them a call. Apparently the parts didn't come in and I'd have to wait until Wed. So at this point I'm confused as they were supposed to already have the parts and also if they hadn't all the parts why didn't they inform me on Sat., not to mention why didn't they call me to let me know instead of leaving me in the dark. Anyways I decided I would call them again on Wed. to see if the part had come in, and if they had fixed my phone yet. Apparently circumstances had changed it's no longer just my port not working,but apparently the motherboard too and that they would have to fix that, free of charge though? I asked of it could be ready by Sat, as I was leaving town, I got a promise it would be Sat. rolls around and I called up Tech Boys before making my way over to the shop to see if my phone is ready. Not to my surprise it was not and instead I was given a bunch of excuses as to why it was not done. I told him I just don't have time and then I'll just come and pick it up on Mon., and I was given the promise that I will now be given a 10% discount on the total cost for fixing my charging port, because of the delays. When I do come in get my phone which seems to be working. There is now two dents in the plastic screen and some of my decals are gone, but it's working. New problem, however, when I ask for my charger back too, I get told they don't have it, it's the original charger that came with my phone. I had left the charger with my phone, so that they could make sure that it would do its infamous turbo boost charge. But I'm giving the excuse that they just don't have it, it's not in their store so he gives me a cheap little USB charger and tells me it's exactly the same. Which it is not and it doesn't do the Turbo charge, not even on my husband's phone which is the exact same phone as mine. I told Buck I'd give him time to look for it and then call me back when he finds it. This time I do get a call back! Rather than me calling them, I'm told on the phone they can't find it and that they are going to order me a new one, which I agreed to be an acceptable compromise for losing my stuff. Two weeks go by and I call Tech boys to ask if my charger has come in, it is not there and I'm given an excuse that they just can't find it for purchase anymore, which is a lie, because you can get them on Amazon (I ordered it on Amazon, afterwards which cost me that 10 percent I "Saved") The other thing I tell Buck, while I have him on the phone, and after finding out that really he hasn't even thought about ordering a new charger for me, is that my phone isn't charging again. Today I returned the cheap charger, and the store owner Buck gives my phone a glance and tells me it's the software and he doesn't do that. Essentially, it's not his problem. After all, he's already got my money So now I've wasted nearly a month going back and forth with Tech Boys, wasted nearly $300 and my phone still isn't fixed. So if you've read this far you can take the information how you would like, but from my experience. They are not organised, they are uncommunicative, untimely, dishonest and the work is subpar and expensive. Oh and I added a photo of my receipt so, no disregarding my review, I was a real customer here *invoice 10082*

In and out quickly, but I could have had the same thing at Verizon for a garunteed working phone. The first two times I went here, the smartphones didn't even work! (Edit) Look, I post my reviews anonymous because I don't want my name online. I assure you, I went here. You can kind of tell because most people don't name their children "FigFruit".

I'm not sure we took in a computer and tablet. Tablet screen was 90 the computer needed alot of work hinges were broke.
I paid 150 for a note 3 screen, they are good and well worth it! I highly recomend them!
