Was disappointed as soon as I had to drive back there because they gave my husband the wrong equipment and didn't scan it into the system requiring me to have to drive back to the store to get the right equipment.

Took my Government ID, driver license, mail with my name and address from DTE and that still wasn't enough for them to get services in my name!! Not my fault the last tenant didn't pay her bill!! I went to AT&T got what I needed and I'm paying less!! Thank You AT&T.

Google search only provides a toll-free 888 number. I believe that Comcast, like Aldi, doesn't publish phone numbers for individual locations. They seem to want you to call the central number and go round with a foreign operator until you get frustrated and go in to the store in person. That's what happened to me.

If you don't have Xfinity already, they can hook you up to the house and give you what you need as far as boxes and remotes. They can't do anything inside residences until all COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. Give them a call.

I agree with Clark Kent Danner. If there is already a cable line running into your house you should be able to pick up the hardware (modem-router) you need from an Xfinity Store, connect it yourself and activate it. They should give you some paperwork with the hardware that has the phone number to call to activate the modem-router. If I remember correctly, there are some automated prompts to follow and answer and then you can talk to a live person to complete the process.

You can call them depending on the issue you have with them. You can also go in to the store and try to resolve it there. They're pretty good at responding to the clients.
