Have been going to Jay for over 10 years. Very kind and gets the job done. Yes he has a voice-mail, follow directions and he will call you back. Yes his office is hot as hell but have everything you need prepared and you won't have to stay long!! Lol. Keep doing Great work Buddy!!

Don't take your Mac computers here unless you like being ripped off. Specializes in PC's . Shop around this and the other computer repair place in Eastpointe should be a last resort.

In one of your responses to a poor review you said HDMI cables are a rarity with computers. Just wondering, are you actually serious? And how could you not have a spare HDMI cable laying around a computer repair shop? Why would he bring you one?
