ARNP McKenzie was amazing, she understood my worry and addressed it quickly. I've recommended her to my daughter who also has KP. We will be driving from wherever we need to so we can see her. Office staff was great too. Even asked if they could weigh me, thank you for that, I don't mind but am sensitive to those who do. And it shows your respect for patients when you ask. Thank you all for the great work you do, day in and day out. I truly appreciate it!

This place is a nightmare. All one does here is make you wait. An hour to get an x-ray? The printed ticket stated I was number 1 in line??? There are nice staff members apologizing each time I asked. I've had Kaiser for over 2.5 years and have not had to use it until now. Also, had a prescription that was on mailing status for 3 days. I finally followed up and was told it had not mailed out yet. I told them I would not need it anymore if received in 3 more days.

I was very happy to find a new doctor at the Kaiser Permanente in Lynnwood. Dr. Laney and her team are excellent in the care and services they provide. The lab and xray technicians were very quick and courteous with the health care needs I had. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable and convenient the entire experience was. I would recommend KP of Lynnwood if you looking for great care and services all in one place.

Great experience every appointment. PAC Joyce Hogan is my primary physician and the entire team at Kaiser Permanente is so helpful and supportive. In the past few years I've required physical therapy, X-rays, lab work, vaccinations, acupuncture, mental health care, ER, prescriptions, and primary care. Excellent care and great service with all services. YES, the pandemic times have slowed things down... but that is simply a sign of the times... be patient everyone! I highly recommend Kaiser Permanente and the Lynwood Medical Center.
