I'd definitely stay here again. The service was great, I appreciated the drink coupons for the nightly reception with snacks, and the bed was comfortable. The toilet paper was very rough Scott, the pool pump should be stronger to filter out more debris that lays on the water surface, and the carpet looks like it needs a deep clean or replacement.

The staff was very nice. However, we had several issues with the hotel. We stayed there during a heatwave. The hotel was so hot that we could not stay for events that were being held downstairs. Events we came from out of town to attend. Also, out of three elevators, only one slow elevator was working the entirety of our stay. Finally, since the pandemic, many new cleaning practices have been implemented. This is the first hotel we've stayed at that didn't even provide daily towels, toilet paper and take out the trash. We had to call down for additional toilet paper.

Beds were too soft could not sleep on had to sleep on most uncomfortable couch ever. My wife who likes a soft bed said it was too soft as well. The room itself had been lightly cleaned but I use the word lightly ,lightly. Let me say that the food was amazing the wait staff and bar staff are incredible and the actual hotel staff were all extremely nice. Being as it was a Hilton I expected the level of quality and cleanliness to be much higher than it actually was. I have stayed in a lot of small side of the highway type cheap motels on road trips and such and this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had renting a room ever. I have brought this to the attention of the staff and it sounds as though the new house cleaning manager is going to make sure things are done at a much higher level of quality.

Our first room was not quite up the my personal hygienic standards. The front desk clerk Danielle did an amazing job finding us a better room and going above and beyond! Honestly this five star review is for Danielle and her commitment to customer excellence! Thank you for making our stay a fantastic experience! We also recommend the restaurant that has surprisingly really good food! 😀

Hello! Thank you for asking but we do not have a shuttle to Seatac Airport. We recommend a ride share company or taxi cab.
Hi Cathy - I'm sad to say our lot will not accommodate a truck that long. The turns getting in and out are too tight.
If you are a member of hilton honors you can just login and choose the hotel and see what the rate will be. That's what I do when I know my stay timeframes. If the rate is too high due to there capacity I review other locations near by. I have a business restriction on what the nightly rate can be.
They believe guests enjoy dodging construction workers and eating from take-out boxes. Fortunately there are several decent restaurants in Lynnwood.
The bedroom looks outside and the living room looks into the atrium where you have breakfast in the morning
