If you are a member of hilton honors you can just login and choose the hotel and see what the rate will be. That's what I do when I know my stay timeframes. If the rate is too high due to there capacity I review other locations near by. I have a business restriction on what the nightly rate can be.

Most hotels offer discount on weekly rentals. Depend on their system, u may or may not see the discount via online reservation. Best to call and ask them for weekly rate. Hilton is a great brand and will accommodate.
I'm sure they varie depending on time of year, how full etc. I did not stay overnite you'd have to call
