Before anything, staff was polite and respectful. They were the only good thing to this place. The lobby is nice and new; the rooms are horrible!!! It is very used and aged. Look at the image of the chair! Our room faced the freeway and we got a so-called balcony. All we saw was dirty chairs, stacked table, and trash in gutters. The carpet had long white hairs all over it...it was gross. Now look at the glass door image, what is that? Is that a shatter from an object like a rock? Bullet? This room was a huge NO. Plus, who allows a guest to stay in a room with 2 wasps nest in the balcony?!!!

Don’t stay here. Incompetent staff. Fake friendly tattoo checkin woman who could not get me a room within an hour. My request - a king bed with an updated AC unit for a heat wave. The manager on staff defended her and dumped me into a room overlooking the driveway. I had reserved and was guaranteed a suite with my platinum status. WTH Marriott? The initial rebuttal - all rooms were specifically booked down to the room number by all guests not yet checked in. One lame apology and no recognition that my time lost was meaningful to me and to my family

Recent 4 day stay NEVER had room service. Had a pet with me; had to hunt down room service to get clean linens; still no room service. First room assignment smelled SO STONG of urine, we could smell it before opening the door and couldn't stay in the room. If the rooms were actually cleaned daily, this may not be such a problem.

I have nothing bad to say except that it is noisy because of I 5. I was upgraded to a suite for my entire stay so that was nice. Lots of room to work and chill. Staff very friendly. Even with the noise I still chose to come back 3 more times. 5 stars if it was quieter.

I've never seen or heard of cats around the hotel. You should call and ask.
No rapid transit, just the bus terminal and uber or lift. You can also look into a car service.
You have to pay for it, not complimentary.
Usually noon. However you can request late check out. If you are a Marriott member you will be granted till 4pm. For non members will depend on how busy the hotel is.
Non refundable $100, though I stay there often and never had to pay that fee. I check in go up to my room unpack and then go get the dog never had an issue.
