They were very abrupt and rude to me when I called for an appointment for an eye exam. The receptionist told me that they don't accept Medicare, without even being kind enough to ask if I have any other insurance or explaining any other options. I will never use them.

Dr. Kwok was very thorough and very pleasant. My 5 1/2 year old also had an appointment and she was so patient and spoke to him directly. I am not sure about the other comments on here, but Dr. Kwok is great!
