How much is fast building

"Rush" service is listed as an option when you configure your system. IDK how much faster it is, and IIRC, the fee was $40 or $50. It took about 12 days total for my order, withOUT rush, and no upgrades or modifications (straight from the factory to my door, California to Wisconsin).

Is there an actual working phone number? The one listed makes you wait 15mins explains how great emailing is and hangs up on you. Please and thank you.
