I used to love this store..but nowadays they don't treat customers right. Just know once you buy something, no refunds or exchange will be accepted.

This is the most unfriendly customer or I should say customer unfriendly business that I've ever attempted to deal with I have been trying to buy hair from this store now for 2 weeks I over to the location that was listed on line and there was a sign up saying that they were closed and that they were moving and would be open on the 1st but did not have a new address listed I have now tried to call them several times and the phones either busy or it rings consistently in with no answer and I'm now wanting to go again today to buy hair this being the only hair store in Lincoln and I cannot get in contact with them to find out what their new address is they still have the old address listed online which cost me by the way $30 to Uber there and back but I never even got to go there because there was nothing there now they're open and I can't get in touch with them to find out their new address how frustrating like to update that i found there new address listed under another business name for a hair store,. i was able to check them out and they had a decent selection of wigs and hair and hair supplies an other beauty items they were helpful when i got there and the prices were decent as well . the only complaint i have still is they dont answer the phone is just rings and rings which was pretty aggravating i just wanted to confirm the address and make sure they were open before i ubered there. good luck
