Think twice before you move to Volusia County or anywhere serviced by their ill maintained water distribution system. This is what our politicians expect us to cook, clean, and bathe with, let alone DRINK! All you'll get are excuses as to why it's "normal" and the county is "researching solutions." Hasn't changed in 3 years of my residency. Typical government for you. Incompetent pension collectors paid on the dime of the taxpayer.

I like the online portal, if you need something for your permit they politely let you know and will answer any questions very quickly that ive emailed or called over. They get 5 starts because theyre always kind and polite, faster permits weve had out so far. City of Debary is absolute torture to deal with so everyone gets 5 stars compared to them!

Unprofessional and disorganized staff. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. I've worked all across the nation in this is got to be by far one of the most difficult building departments I've ever encountered. Miami-dade i's a walk in the park compared to this one
