I had to go to this office on Wednesday February 9, 2022. I have to say, everyone was beyond helpful and kind. They answered my questions, were nice to my grandson and told me what I needed to do. I have a client that bought a tract of land (approx 5 acres )as advertised originally from Greene Realty. Property address is at 0 Bright Way in Deland, FL. We had it surveyed, and it came in at 4.84acres. Do we need to get a variance to build on the land in that community with it's current zoning? Thanks, Mike Grubbs

Why would it be allowed to build a boathouse across from someone else’s property. In a unbuildable lot next to a restoration area. With no legal parking area, and a direct blocking of the riverview of condos people bought because of the view?
