Claimed my dog was aggressive with other dogs walking by and staff. I understand if they felt uncomfortable but my dog had never been aggressive ( he doesnt usually like the hair dryer that's it) and he gets groomed all the time I got there my dog was soaking wet. They still insisted on charging me for everything even though all they did was wet him with water. I'm beyond angry they should have at least cut down the price being I had to take my wet dog home and bathe him

I’ve been using this franchise location for about three years now and so far I’ve only taken in my hundred pound golden retriever. This is owned by a mother and son team that keeps a very nice store and they are always good to my boy. Likewise, he always comes out clean and healthy. He always gets a medicated bath and he’s good for a couple of months. I like this store and their service and I have little qualms about recommending them.
