Always super busy with long wait times.. Best time to visit is mid-week during the day. Food always comes out great and staff is very punctual.

Our wait time with no reservation was two hour on a Saturday. It was my first time there and I have heard of the hype and it did not really live up to the expectations. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice. Here is my take : Good: the spinach and chips was really good. Very Bad:the Mac and cheese bites were not good. The salmon and herb was not all that and the shrimp coconut with rice was not it. I did not care for the cheesecake either Later on that night I actually had a lot of stomach pain and had to throw up all the food I had at the Cheesecake Factory. I don’t think I will be making the trip again and wait the time I did for the mediocre food.

I have had a lot of Cheese Cake take outs but never really dined in until today. This place doesn’t take reservations and the wait times are usually about an hour. The food tasted great and the service was decent. Everything on their menu is very high in calories, Stay away if you’re someone who tracks your calorie intake. Must try the cheesecakes if you go.

This is a very busy restaurant, especially on the weekends. However the system they have in place to deal with the volume of people is very effective. We anticipated to wait a while for our food but we had a normal turnaround time. This is not the first time we've been here and the consistency of flavor and service has been evident with every visit. This time we were here celebrating a birthday and all had a great meal.

They don't take reservations
If you go to the order online menu, you can click on whole cheesecake. In that section, there is a place for you to add a personal message. It is around $3 more to add a message to the cheesecake and you have a limit of 45 characters.
I don't believe they are talking reservations.. We I went it was first come first seat and a hour wait with a text when my table was ready..!
It's moderate to expensive depending on what you're ordering. Definitely worth it!
Don't think so there's any such indication though I would love to have more of their restaurants around.

Hi there! I literally just left The Cheesecake Factory in Novi and boy is it poppin'! The Cheesecake Factory does not do reservations Hun, they are strictly first come, first serve. Also, The Cheesecake Factory is LIFE so there will most likely be a wait. Trust me the food there is sooo amazing any wait is definitely worth it. By the way, carry out is a great option as well. Okay, I wish you the best!
Governor's orders to close won't start til the 18th. Cheesecake has no plans to close prior to this order.

You can call ahead if you dont want to wait. Remember the resturant sits outside the mall so its pretty much busy all day. I never waited no more than 10-20 to be seated when its extremely busy. It depends on how patient will your party of 7 be. The waiting area is quite comfortable as well.
Normally you would get, at least, 16 slices per 10" cake. It depends on how thick you slice it.
