"Rush" service is listed as an option when you configure your system. IDK how much faster it is, and IIRC, the fee was $40 or $50. It took about 12 days total for my order, withOUT rush, and no upgrades or modifications (straight from the factory to my door, California to Wisconsin).
Processing (part allocation/build/QA time) is about 7-9 business days for laptops and 10-20 business days for desktops. Adding a rush cuts that time about in half.
