Always always a great experience to see a movie in imax for this film it was quite packed. Only wish there was a little bit more leg room especially for us tall folks.

They get the five star rating for the customer service! Though it’s a group of young folks and in most cases children, they are polite and respectful! The theatre appearance is great all things considered, and while it’s not lit up like it used to be in its glory days, the theatre is approaching its 25 year old mark.

My adult daughter treated me to “THE LOST CITY” for our “Ladies Night” out. We enjoyed it so much! Great movie! Perfect combination of chick-flick and action comedy. If you aren’t already feeling ready to kick back, the fun and colorful decor and lights all the way from the entrance to the theatre seating help reset your mood to “movie-mode”! Very clean amenities. Sanitary wipes are readily available to wipe down seating. Theatre staff are warm and helpful. Great experience. Nice seating. Just when I thought the seat doesn’t recline…. my daughter showed me the secret button. I wish they had a little light or beacon on them. Those things on the seat arm that look like an electrical outlet will not recline the seat. I’m not sure what their purpose is. I’ve not been to many movies, so maybe it’s not a secret to most movie goers.😋

This review is about their digital auditoriums. Well only good thing is the reclining seats, other than that it's really overpriced for what they provide. They don't have a goos surrounding sound system. You can get a way more better sound with a 2.1 home theater system. Picture quality was not good at all. I thought this was better than the Regal Henrietta and Grace Ridge and payed more watch a movie here but it was a really disappointing experience. I would pay less and watch the movie at movies 10 or Pittsford Cinema which gives you a better sound and picture for a lesser price.
